摘　　要：目的探讨智能手机应用程序在腹股沟疝患者全流程护理监测过程中的效果。方法选取2019年4月至2020年4月于中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第904医院普外科收治的围手术期腹股沟疝患者100例作为研究对象。按照随机数字表法将全部患者分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组给予常规健康教育,观察组给予常规健康教育+智能手机应用程序监测。比较2组患者术后恢复情况、生活质量、护理依从性、护理满意度及并发症。结果 2组术后排气、下床、疼痛持续时间及住院时间等恢复情况差异均无统计学意义,观察组术后食欲、睡眠质量、精神状况、疾病认知、家庭配合等生活质量评分均优于对照组;观察组护理依从性及护理满意度(96.00%、92.00%)均高于对照组(82.00%、76.00%);观察组并发症发生率(切口感染、尿潴留、血清肿、复发)低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对腹股沟疝的患者使用智能手机应用程序进行全流程护理监测管理不增加疾病恢复时间,能够改善患者的生活质量,同时可提高患者的依从性和满意度,减少并发症的发生。Objective To explore the effect of smart phone application in the whole process of inguinal hernia patients'nursing monitoring process.Methods According to the random number table method,100 patients with perioperative inguinal hernia admitted to the General Surgery Department of the 904th Hospital of the Joint Service Support Force of the Chinese People's Liberation Army from April 2019 to April 2020 were divided into a control group of 50 cases(routine health education)and observation group of 50 cases(routine health education+smart phone application monitoring).The postoperative recovery,quality of life,nursing compliance,nursing satisfaction and complications were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in postoperative recovery(exhaust,get out of bed,pain duration and hospital stay)in the two groups.Postoperative quality of life scores(appetite,sleep quality,mental status,disease cognition,family cooperation)in the observation group were better than those in the control group.Nursing compliance and nursing satisfaction in the observation group(96.00%,92.00%)were higher than those in the control group(82.00%,76.00%).The incidence of complications(incision infection,urinary retention,seroma,recurrence)in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of smart phone applications for whole process nursing monitoring and management of patients with inguinal hernia does not increase disease recovery time,at the same time can improves quality of life,patient compliance and satisfaction,and reduces complications.
