舒适护理干预模式在小儿腹腔镜疝囊高位结扎手术护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨基于针对性的舒适护理干预模式在小儿腹腔镜疝修补术中的临床效果。方法选取2019年5月至2020年5月山东第一医科大学第一附属医院收治的小儿疝患者106例,均接受腹腔镜疝囊高位结扎手术治疗,按随机数字表法将其分为试验组及对照组,每组53例。对照组给予常规护理,试验组在对照组基础上给予针对性护理和舒适护理。比较2组手术临床指标,采用自制护理满意度调查问卷评价2组患儿家属对护理的满意度,统计2组术后并发症及疾病复发情况。结果试验组术后肠鸣音恢复时间、术后排气时间、术后自主活动时间、住院时间显著短于对照组(P均<0.05)。试验组健康教育、护理措施、病房管理、病情观察及并发症预防评分均明显高于对照组(P均<0.05)。试验组并发症发生率显著低于对照组(5.66%比16.98%,P<0.05);随访3~12个月,2组患者均未出现复发的病例。结论腹腔镜手术治疗小儿疝中应用舒适护理,可有效促进患儿康复,提高患儿家属对护理的满意度,具有较好的临床应用价值。Objective To explore the clinical effect of comfort nursing intervention mode based on targeted laparoscope hernia repair in children.Methods 106 children with hernia treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Shandong First Medical University from May 2019 to May 2020 were selected.All children received laparoscopic high ligation of hernia sac and were divided randomly into the experiment group and the control group according to random number table method,with 53 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,the experiment group was given targeted and comfort nursing on the basis of the control group.The clinical indicators of the two groups were compared,the nursing satisfaction of pediatric patients'family in the two groups was evaluated by self-made nursing satisfaction questionnaire,and the rates of postoperative complications and recurrence of the two groups were calculated.Results The postoperative recuperation time for bowel sounds,postoperative exhaust time,postoperative autonomous activity time and hospitalized time in the experiment group were significantly shorter than the control group(P<0.05).The health education,nursing intervention,ward management,disease observation and complication prevention scores in the experiment group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of the experiment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(5.66%vs 16.98%,P<0.05);No recurrence occurred in the two groups within 3 to 12 months of follow-up.Conclusion The application of comfort nursing in the treatment of pediatric hernia by laparoscopy can effectively promote the rehabilitation of children,and improve the satisfaction of pediatric patients'family with nursing care,and has good clinical application value.
