摘　　要：目的调查孕妇发生妊娠相关下腰痛(pregnancy-related low back pain,PLBP)的现状,了解孕妇对PLBP的认知水平,并探究影响其发生的相关因素,为后续进行有效的干预提供依据。方法使用一般资料调查表、数字模拟评分量表、下腰痛知识调查表、病人健康问卷抑郁自评量表(PHQ-9)以及贝克焦虑量表(BAI)、妊娠期相关下腰疼痛缓解方式调查表对2021年3月于四川大学华西第二医院就诊的400名孕妇进行问卷调查。结果回收有效问卷351份,PLBP发生率为77.21%,相关因素分析显示PLBP与经期腰背部疼痛(r=0.393,P<0.01)、睡眠情况(r=-0.294,P<0.01)、抑郁(r=-0.257,P<0.01)、焦虑(r=-0.260,P<0.01)相关。Logistic回归结果显示经期腰背部疼痛史、多次妊娠、下腰痛知识掌握程度较差会增加PLBP发生风险。结论PLBP在妊娠晚期女性中广泛存在,医务人员应给予充分重视,对具有患病风险的女性进行针对性指导干预,从而预防PLBP的发生。Objective Investigate the current situation of pregnancy-related low back pain(PLBP)in pregnant women,understand the cognition level of pregnant women about PLBP,and explore the related factors that affect its occurrence,so as to provide a basis for subsequent effective intervention.Methods Use General Information Questionnaire,Digital Analog Score Scale,Low Back Pain Knowledge Questionnaire,Patient Health Questionnaire Depression Self-Rating Scale(PHQ-9),Baker Anxiety Scale(BAI),Pregnancy Related Low Back Pain Relief Method Questionnaire,a survey of 400 pregnant women in West China Second University Hospital was conducted.Results 351 valid questionnaires were retrieved.The incidence of PLBP was 77.21%.Analysis of related factors showed that PLBP was associated with menstrual low back pain(r=0.393,P<0.01),sleep status(r=-0.294,P<0.01),depression(r=-0.257,P<0.01),anxiety(r=-0.260,P<0.01).Logistic regression results showed that the history of low back pain during menstruation,multiple pregnancy,poor knowledge of low back pain will increase the risk of PLBP.Conclusion PLBP is widespread in women in the third trimester of pregnancy,and medical staff should pay full attention to them and provide targeted interventions for women at risk to prevent the occurrence of PLBP.
