我国大科学工程协同创新参研人员的网络嵌入性前因机制研究

摘　　要：综合理论界有关协同效应构建于个体角色黏性基础之上的先验观点,以我国大科学工程的协同创新参研人员为研究对象,以个体网络嵌入性作为其协同意愿及表现的主要反映指标,基于330份来自实际参研人员的有效样本数据,从动机性信息加工理论的个体认知视角出发,探究和挖掘我国大科学工程协同创新参研人员的网络嵌入性前因及具体影响机制。研究发现:自我创新期望对大科学工程协同创新参研人员的网络嵌入性具有显著的正向影响,社交能力在此影响机制中发挥重要的中介作用;参研人员感知的组织内目标一致性对上述影响过程具有一定的调节作用。Through a survey of participants in big science projects for collaborative innovation,this study uses the embeddedness of individual networks as the main indicator to reflect collaboration intent and collaboration performance,and explores its potential antecedents and specific impact mechanisms on the basis of a priori viewpoint.The research shows that individual self-innovation expectation has a significant positive impact on the network embeddedness of R&D personnel in big science collaborative innovation,and the results also demonstrates the mediating role of social skill in this mechanism,and the moderating effect of individual perceived goal consistency.
