摘  要:在网络和数智化时代背景下,人的异质行为和个性化发展充分显现,对组织(企业)和社会的影响日益增强,凸显深入研究员工异质行为的重要性和对人才价值管理需求的迫切性。运用行为与实验经济学原理,结合数字化和人工智能等新一轮科技革命前沿技术,发现、挖掘和激励员工的特质、潜力与创造性,聚焦刻画和多元化深入分析主体行为及其与所处环境和组织行为的双向互反馈机制,进行人职双向精准匹配,实现对员工职业生涯的全价值链管理,有助于促进人力资源管理研究进入新阶段,助推企业利润最大化和员工最优成长双赢目标的实现。Under the background of network and digital intelligence era,people’s heterogeneous behavior and personalized development are fully revealed,and their influences on organizations(enterprises)and society are increasing day by day,highlighting the importance of in-depth study on employees’heterogeneous behavior and the urgency of talent value management.Using the principles of behavioral and experimental economics,combined with the cutting-edge technologies of a new round of scientific and technological revolutions such as digitization and artificial intelligence,discovering,digging and motivating the characteristics,potential and creativity of employees,focusing on characterization and diversified deep analysis of the subject behavior and its twoway mutual feedback mechanism with its environment and organizational behavior,and carrying out two-way accurate matching between personnel and posts to realize the whole value chain management of employees’career will help to facilitate the study of human resource management to enter a new stage and promote the realization of the win-win goal of maximized enterprise profit and optimal employee growth.
