摘 要:为解决电力电子化配电网中谐波和电压偏差污染分散化、全网化导致传统点对点治理模式无法满足需求的问题,提出一种电压检测型有源滤波器(VDAPF)与静止无功发生器(SVG)协同优化配置策略。采用分区思想,提出基于社团理论,同时考虑谐波和电压偏差指标的综合分区方法;依据不同的灵敏度指标,选取各区域主导节点,为VDAPF和SVG提供候选接入节点;考虑功能和成本差异,建立以系统总投资费用最小和电能质量水平最优为目标的VDAPF和SVG优化配置模型,协同优化设备的选址和定容;采用规格化平面约束法求解得到多目标优化问题均匀分布的Pareto最优解集,并选出两个目标都较优的折中最优解作为最终优化配置方案。以IEEE 33节点系统进行算例分析,仿真结果验证了所提方案的合理性与有效性。In order to solve the problem that the traditional point-to-point mitigation mode cannot meet the demand due to the characteristics of decentralization and whole-network spread for harmonics and voltage deviation pollution in power-electronized distribution networks,a collaborative allocation optimization strategy for voltage detection active power filter(VDAPF)and static var generator(SVG)is proposed.Using the idea of partition,a comprehensive partition method based on community theory is proposed considering the index of harmonic and voltage deviation.According to different sensitivity indexes,dominant nodes in each region are selected as the candidate nodes for VDAPF and SVG to be installed.Considering the difference in function and cost,the optimal allocation model of VDAPF and SVG is established with the goals of minimizing the total system investment cost and optimizing the power quality level for the collaborative optimization of equipment location and volume.A Pareto optimal solution set with the uniform distribution of multi-objective optimization problem is obtained by the normalized normal constraint algorithm,and the compromised optimal solution of two objectives is selected as the final optimal allocation schemes.An IEEE 33-bus system is used as an example,and the simulation results verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed strategy.
