摘 要:以商洛钼尾矿、水泥和聚乙烯醇溶液为原料,经粉碎、混合、造粒、干燥和灼烧,制得圆柱状钼尾矿除氟吸附剂,确定了具有最大氟吸附量的钼尾矿吸附剂的制备工艺,并测定了该吸附剂对水中氟离子的吸附性能。结果表明,钼尾矿吸附剂的最佳制备条件是聚乙烯醇溶液(7%)18 mL,水泥(42.5)33.33 g,钼尾矿16.67 g,硬化时间24 h,灼烧温度500℃,灼烧时间2.5 h,所制吸附剂对氟离子的最大吸附量为5.554 mg/g,吸附平衡时间为32 h,对水中氟离子的吸附过程符合Langmuir吸附等温模型和准二级动力学模型。A kind of cylindrical adsorbent for fluoride removal was successfully prepared through the steps of crushing,mixing,granulation,drying and calcination,and which is using molybdenum tailings in Shangluo,cement,and polyvinyl alcohol solution as raw materials.The optimal preparation technology of the adsorbent with the largest amount adsorption capacity for fluoride was determined,and it's adsorption performance for fluoride ions was also tested,the results show that:the optimum preparation conditions of the adsorbent were 18 mL of polyvinyl alcohol solution(7%),33.33 g of cement(42.5),16.67 g of molybdenum tailings,24 h of hardening time,500℃of burning temperature,2.5 h of burning time.The maximum adsorption capacity of the prepared adsorbent for fluoride ions was 5.554 mg/g,adsorption equilibrium time was 32 h,it's adsorption behaviors for fluoride ions in water was accords with Langmuir adsorption isotherm model and quasi-second-order kinetic model.
