摘  要:动车运用所内小半径曲线较多,主要铺设50 kg/m钢轨。本文在分析轮轨型面匹配特性的基础上,提出钢轨廓形的优化目标,进而建立动车组-轨道动力学模型,对比分析实测廓形与优化廓形对小半径曲线段动车组通过性能的影响。结果表明:动车组通过小半径曲线段时的主要问题是接触区域过度集中、轮径差不足,增加轮轨接触面积和轮径差是钢轨廓形优化的主要任务;通过优化上股钢轨廓形增加接触面积,主要优化距轨顶中心10~35 mm的区域;通过优化下股钢轨廓形增加轮径差,主要优化距轨顶中心-5~30 mm的区域;与实测廓形相比,优化廓形可使接触面积增加29%,轮对冲角减小10%,轮轨横向力减小10%,轮缘磨耗指数减小13.4%,脱轨系数也有所改善,优化廓形可明显提高动车组曲线段通过性能。There are many small radius curves in the high speed train maintenance depot,50 kg/m rails are mainly laid. Based on the analysis of the matching characteristics of wheel-rail profile,this paper put forward the optimization objective of rail profile,then established the EMU-track dynamic model,and compared and analyzed the influence of measured profile and optimized profile on the passing performance of EMU in small radius curve section. The results show that the main problems of EMU passing through small radius curve section are excessive concentration of contact area and insufficient wheel diameter difference. Increasing wheel-rail contact area and wheel diameter difference is the main task of rail profile optimization. The contact area is increased by optimizing the profile of the upper strand rail,and the area 10 ~ 35 mm from the center of the rail top is mainly optimized. The wheel diameter difference is increased by optimizing the profile of the lower strand rail,mainly optimizing the area-5 ~ 30 mm from the center of the rail top.Compared with the measured profile,the optimized profile can increase the contact area by 29%,reduce the wheel offset angle by 10%,reduce the wheel rail transverse force by 10%,reduce the rim wear index by 13.4%,and improve the derailment coefficient. The optimized profile can significantly improve the EMU passing performance of curve section.
