摘  要:为分析中低速磁浮轨道中两种扣件对轨道静刚度的影响,根据磁浮轨道结构室内组装疲劳试验测得磁浮轨道结构两种扣件不同位置的垂向刚度;基于橡胶超弹性理论,选用mooney-rivlin模型建立三维实体有限元模型,用非线性受压弹簧模拟螺栓对钢枕的扣压作用,分析扣件刚度对磁浮轨排挠度的影响。结果表明:两种扣件静刚度的差别主要在于螺栓卸载刚度不同;扣件设计时应综合考虑橡胶垫板刚度、螺栓卸载刚度、扣件橡胶垫板到轨道中心线的距离等因素;为满足磁浮轨排静载试验下挠值要求,建议磁浮扣件垫板中心到轨道中心线的距离不小于0.44 m,磁浮扣件刚度不小于350 kN/mm。In order to analyze the influence of two kinds of fasteners on the track static stiffness of medium-low speed maglev track,the vertical stiffness of two kinds of fasteners in different positions of maglev track structure was measured according to the indoor assembly fatigue test of maglev track structure. Based on the rubber hyperelasticity theory,the Mooney-rivlin model was selected to establish a three-dimensional solid finite element model,the buckling effect of bolts on steel sleepers was simulated by nonlinear compression springs,and the influence of fastener stiffness on the deflection of maglev rail row was analyzed. The results show that the difference of static stiffness between the two fasteners mainly lies in the different unloading stiffness of bolts. In fastener design,various factors such as the stiffness of rubber base plate,bolt unloading stiffness and the distance from fastener rubber base plate to track centerline shall be comprehensively considered. In order to meet the deflection requirements of maglev rail row static load test,it is suggested that the distance from the center of Maglev fastener base plate to the track centerline shall not be less than0.44 m and the rigidity of Maglev fastener shall not be less than 350 kN/mm.
