摘 要:建立了橡胶垫板老化寿命预测模型,设计了2种高速铁路橡胶垫板配方,通过烘箱加速老化试验测得4种温度6种老化时间下橡胶垫板的压缩永久变形,对比分析两种配方对橡胶垫板老化性能的影响。结果表明:以天然橡胶为主胶的配方1和以丁苯橡胶为主胶的配方2的橡胶垫板的压缩永久变形均随老化时间加长、温度升高而增大;老化时间或温度相同时配方1的压缩永久变形总体上大于配方2;配方1、配方2橡胶垫板在各温度下老化程度的实测值和预测值的变化趋势基本一致,所建老化寿命预测模型比较适用;室温25℃(298 K)下老化程度为0.7时,配方1和配方2的橡胶垫板老化寿命预测值分别为10.7、12.6年。建议高速铁路橡胶垫板采用配方2。The aging life prediction model of rubber pad was established,and two formulations of high speed railway rubber pad were designed.The compression permanent deformation of rubber pad was measured at four temperatures and six times through oven accelerated aging test,and the influence of the two formulations on the aging performance of rubber pad was compared and analyzed.The results show that the compression permanent deformation of rubber pad of formula 1 with natural rubber as the main rubber and formula 2 with styrene butadiene rubber as the main rubber increase with the increase of aging time and temperature.The compression permanent deformation of formula 1 is generally larger than that of formula 2 at the same aging time or temperature.The change trend of measured and predicted aging degrees of formula 1 and formula 2 rubber pad at different temperatures is basically the same,and the established aging life prediction model is more suitable.When the temperature is room temperature(298 K)and the aging degree is 0.7,the aging life prediction values of formula 1 and formula 2 are 10.7 and 12.6 years respectively.It is recommended that formula 2 be used for high speed railway rubber pad.
