摘 要:采用理论分析和试验研究相结合的方法,本文分析了离心雾化法生产铸钢丸时其缺陷的形成机理,研究了离心雾化法工艺参数对铸钢丸粒径分布规律的影响机制,并对离心雾化法生产铸钢丸的工艺进行了优化。结果表明:经工艺优化后制得铸钢丸的空心缺陷率明显减少,有效应用粒径范围内的铸钢丸分布更集中,提高了生产效率。Through a combination of theoretical analysis and model test method,the defectsformation mechanismof cast steel shotin the centrifugal atomization process was analysed.The influence mechanisms of centrifugal atomization parameterson the distribution of cast steel shot size were studied.Subsequently,the centrifugal atomizationtechnique procedurewas optimized.The results show that,the void defect rateof cast steel shot is obviously reduced after process optimization.And more concentrated distribution of cast steel shot withinthe effective application of particle size range was found.At the same time,the productivityof cast steel shot by centrifugal atomization is improved.
