摘  要:为杜绝液晶面板行业大设备空间内机械伤害事故的发生,本文研究开发了一种新型安全联锁系统。该系统是以液晶显示行业使用的触摸屏和安全门开关为基础,通过触摸屏外部射频识别(RFID)认证功能借助RS232接口和USB接口增加读卡器,以人员进入设备内部刷认证后IC卡的方式替代原先安全门开关的钥匙,同时结合可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)增加开关门一致性认证功能控制进出人员权限。研究表明:该新型安全联锁系统达到上锁挂牌(LOTO)一人一锁的安全要求,大大提高人员作业的安全性。In order to prevent mechanical injury accidents in large equipment space of LCD panel industry,a new safety interlock system was developed in this paper based on the touch screen and safety door switch used in the LCD panel industry.The IC card authentication after personnel entering the inner of the equipment replaced the original safety door switch key through the external radio frequency identification(RFID)authentication function of the touch screen and with the help of RS232 interface and USB interface to increase the card reader.At the same time,the permissions of the in and out personnel were controlled through programmable logic controller(PLC)to increase the opening and closing consistency authentication function.The results show that the new safety interlock system can meet the safety requirements of LOTO and"one person,one lock",so as to greatly improve the safety of personnel operation.
