益气养阴活血法治疗冠心病心绞痛的思考与探索

摘　　要：冠心病心绞痛具有较高的发病率,危险性高,且若未能及时救治或救治方法不当预后则差,而益气养阴活血法作为针对冠心病而设立的治本之法,在中医"治病求本"及"辨证论治"思想指导下,常可收效甚佳。因此,笔者试从该病本虚标实的特性着眼,在《黄帝内经》的"治病求本"思想指导下,浅述临床上应用益气养阴活血法治疗冠心病心绞痛的思考及探索,以飨同道。Coronary heart disease with angina pectoris is one of the common diseases of cardiovascular disease at present.It has a higher morbidity and a higher risk than ordinary diseases.If it is not treated in time or the treatment method is improper,the prognosis will be poor.The method of replenishing qi,nourishing yin and promoting blood circulation,as a fundamental cure for coronary heart disease,is often effective and very effective under the guidance of TCM“Seeking the root of disease”and“Treatment based on syndrome differentiation”.With a focus on the characteristics of Huangdi Neijing,the thoughts and explorations of the clinical application of the method of replenishing qi,nourishing yin and promoting blood circulation in the treatment of coronary heart disease with angina pectoris are discussed and explored in the same way.
