摘 要:通信技术的发展提升了对元件性能的要求,继电器作为重要控制元件之一,因其能对输入与输出的电路隔离、能在不同信号间切换、对电路有闭锁功能等优点被应用于各种自动的控制系统、电力的保护仪器、仪表盘甚至是航空航天器上。本文通过对微机械继电器的闭合与碰撞研究,发现继电器的闭合时间是固定值,而碰撞停止的时间不断地减少,继电器系统的阻尼和闭合停止时间之间呈现相对应的关系,通过运用这一相互关系来可以准确地测量继电器阻尼大小。The development of communication technology has improved the performance requirements of components.Compo⁃nents with low loss,high isolation,low power consumption and high linearity have been widely used as soon as they appear.As one of the important control components,relay is used in various automatic control systems,electrical protection instruments,instrument panels and even Aerospace because of its performance of isolating input and output circuits,switching between different signals,lock⁃ing circuits,light weight,small volume and long service life.Through the research on the closing and collision of micromechanical re⁃lay,it is found that the collision time of relay can be divided into two parts,namely,the closing time of relay and the collision stop time.Among them,the closing time is a fixed value,while the collision stop time is decreasing,and there is a corresponding relation⁃ship between the damping of relay system and the closing stop time,This relationship can be used to accurately measure the damping of the relay.
