摘　　要：记述栉眼蚤科Ctenophthalmidae Rothschild,1915纤蚤属Rhadinopsylla Jordan et Rothschild,1921角头纤蚤亚属Actenophthalmus C.Fox,1925的1新种,即固原纤蚤,新种Rhadinopsylla(Actenophthalmus)guyuanensis Bai,Yu et Chai,sp.nov.和宁夏1新纪录不常纤蚤Rhadinopsylla(Actenophthalmus)insolita Jordan,1929,标本分别采自宁夏六盘山自然保护区和宁夏北部黄灌区。模式标本保存于军事医学研究院微生物流行病研究所医学昆虫标本馆。The present paper deals with a new species and a new record of the genus Rhadinopsylla Jordan et Rothschild,1921 from Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region.Type specimens were collected from Liupanshan mountains,Guyuan County,Ningxia.All types are deposited in the Medical Entomology Collection of Institute of Microbiology and Epidemiology,Academy of Military Medical Science,Beijing,China.Rhadinopsylla(Actenophthalmus)guyuanensis Bai,Yu et Chai,sp.nov.(Figs.1-3)The new species near to Rhadinopsylla insolita Jordan,1929,but can be distinguished by the following characters:(1)The movable process of the new species is obviously lower than that of immovable process;the length of the movable process of the Rhadinopsylla(Actenophthalmus)insolita is longer,and same as that of the immovable process or longer.(2)The movable process of the new species gradually shrinks to the end and there is no horn shape near the midpoint of the anterior margin.The anterior and posterior margins of the latter are slightly parallel and near the midpoint of the anterior margin have horn shape.(3)St.9,The spines regions of the dorsal marginal of the new species are more developed and the basal segment is 2-3 rows.The ventral bristle row is more developed,about 20 roots and in 2 rows,and its length is over than the posterior margin;In the latter,the dorsal bristles are less developed,only 1-2 rows,and the ventral bristles are rare and short.(4)The male of the new species:the ventral process of the posterior margin of st.8 is short and have horn shape,and the bristles of the lower sub margin are angular,usually 4 roots;The latter st.8 posterior margin have shallow concave and ventral process is longer,5-8 long bristles at the sub posterior margin.Holotype♂,measuring 2.58 mm long,paratype 1♂Body length 2.61 mm respectively,off Apodemus agrarius Pallas,1771,on Oct.14,2016,from Guyuan County(106°15'E,35°50′N;alt.1800 m)of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region.Etymology.The species name is from the type locality,Guyuan County of Ningxia.Rhadinopsylla(Acte
