摘　　要：水痘是由水痘-带状疱疹病毒感染所致的急性传染病,飞沫和直接接触是其主要传播途径,临床表现以发热及皮肤黏膜分批出现皮疹为特征。该病易继发细菌感染,其中最常见的是皮肤感染,若不及时干预,可进展为脓毒血症。本文报道1例水痘合并金黄色葡萄球菌性烫伤样皮肤综合征患儿的诊治过程,并进行文献复习。Varicella is an acute infectious disease caused by varicella zoster virus.Droplets and direct contact are the main routes of transmission.The clinical manifestations are characterized by fever and skin rashes subsequently appeared on skin mucous membrane.This disease is prone to secondary bacterial infection,the most common of which is skin infection.Without timely intervention,it can progress to sepsis.This paper reports the diagnosis and treatment of a child with varicella associated with staphylococcal scalded skin syndrome,and reviews the literatures.
