摘  要:随着电网的发展与技术的进步,越来越多的智能变电站投入运行。相比常规变电站,智能变电站采用智能终端、合并单元等智能装置,并采用光纤替代传统的硬接线,构成了常规站中没有的过程层网络。过程层网络的出现给运维及检修人员的工作带来了一系列的挑战,如何快速解决过程层网络中时常出现的GOOSE、SV断链等异常现象,成为运维及检修人员亟待解决的难题。本文通过分析过程层信息流,解析绘制各间隔完整信息流图,在此基础上结合异常处理规则,得到一套完整的异常设备快速锁定方法与安全隔离措施辅助判断方法,极大地提高了异常处理的效率与准确性。With the development of power grids and technological progress,more and more smart substations are put into operation.Compared with conventional substations,smart substations use smart devices such as smart terminals and merging units,and use optical fibers to replace traditional hard-wiring,forming a process layer network which never used in conventional substations.The emergence of the process layer network has brought a series of challenges to the work of operation and maintenance personnel.How to quickly solve the abnormal phenomena such as GOOSE and SV disconnection that frequently occurs in the process layer network has become an urgent problem for operation and maintenance personnel.This paper analyzes the information flow of the process layer,analyzes and draws the complete information flow diagram of each interval,and combines the exception handling rules to obtain a complete set of abnormal equipment quick locking method and safety isolation measures auxiliary judgment method,which greatly improves the exception handling efficiency and accuracy.
