摘　　要：针对网内近期发生的一起500kV变压器油位异常的缺陷,本文通过对储油柜结构、负荷变化、红外测温及冷却器启停等情况进行分析,判断缺陷的原因为变压器油位不合理、油位计动作值整定不正确。最后从设备运维风险管控方面提出了针对性的防护措施,为系统内类似异常处理提供参考。Aiming at a defect of abnormal oil level of a 500kV transformer that occurred recently in the network,This article analyzes the structure of the oil storage tank,load changes,infrared temperature measurement,and the start and stop of the cooler.It is judged that the reason for the defect is the unreasonable oil level of the transformer and the incorrect setting of the operating value of the oil level gauge.Finally,specific protective measures are proposed from the aspect of equipment operation and maintenance risk management and control,to provide reference for similar exception handling in the system.
