摘 要:针对中厚板多层多道焊残余应力复杂且难以预测的问题,采用热-弹-塑性有限元分析方法,结合试验测试,研究了双面双弧对接焊接头的残余应力的幅值与分布,阐述了双面双弧多道焊对接接头残余应力的生成及演变过程.结果表明:模拟得到的对接接头残余应力与试验结果具有良好的一致性,验证了热-弹-塑性有限元分析的准确性.双面双弧焊对接接头焊缝区的残余应力沿板厚中心线与焊缝中心线呈对称分布.纵向残余应力最大值出现在盖面焊处,最大值为518 MPa,接近焊接材料的屈服极限(525 MPa),横向残余应力沿厚度方向呈现明显的拉-压-拉应力分布特征.多层多道焊接过程中存在明显的应力反复迭加现象,后层焊道会对前层焊道产生二次热处理,影响、改变前层焊道的应力数值与分布.Aiming at the problem that the residual stress of multi-layer multi-pass welding of medium and heavy plate is complicated and difficult to predict,the amplitude and distribution of the residual stress of double-sided double-arc butt welding joint were studied by thermal-elastic-plastic finite element analysis method combined with experimental test,and the generation and evolution process of the residual stress of double-sided double-arc multi-pass welding butt joint were expounded.The results show that the simulated residual stress of butt joint is in good agreement with the experimental results,which verifies the accuracy of thermal-elastic-plastic finite element analysis.The residual stress in the butt joint of double-sided double-arc welding is symmetrically distributed along the center line of plate thickness and the center line of weld.The maximum value of longitudinal residual stress appears at the cover welding,and the maximum value is 518MPa,which is close to the yield limit of welding material(525MPa).The transverse residual stress shows obvious tensile-compressive-tensile stress distribution characteristics along the thickness direction.There is an obvious phenomenon of repeated stress superposition in multi-pass welding,and the second heat treatment of the front layer weld bead will affect and change the stress value and distribution of the front layer weld bead.
