摘 要:基于班轮联盟舱位互租战略,综合考虑集装箱海运现货市场需求的随机性、多种类和多尺寸集装箱因素,构建舱位分配与互租随机规划模型.运用机会约束方法进行模型改造及求解,并通过算例验证了模型的有效性和稳定性.结果表明:舱位互租战略使得联盟整体及内部各成员收益提升了10%~13%;各班轮公司在各航线上的需求满足率亦大幅度提高.Based on the strategy of mutual leasing of shipping space in liner alliance,considering the randomness of demand in spot market of container shipping,multi-category and multi-size containers,a stochastic programming model of shipping space allocation and mutual leasing was constructed.The chance constraint method was used to transform and solve the model,and the validity and stability of the model were verified by an example.The results show that the strategy of mutual cabin rent increases the revenue of the alliance as a whole and its internal members by 10%~13%.The demand satisfaction rate of various liner companies on various routes has also been greatly improved.
