摘  要:目的通过比较来自同一患者的鼻息肉和邻近的非息肉样鼻窦黏膜免疫组化特征,探讨鼻息肉形成或生长的潜在驱动因素。方法收集30例鼻-鼻窦炎伴息肉(CRSwNP)患者的鼻息肉和邻近的非息肉样组织以及30例对照组经蝶窦垂体手术患者的鼻黏膜。采用实时定量聚合酶链反应(RT-qPCR)定量检测IL-5、T-bet、TLR-4、IL-8和IL-6在三种组织中的表达。结果鼻息肉和邻近的非息肉样鼻腔黏膜在炎症方面表现出非常相似的促炎症反应。结论在CRSwNP中,同一患者的鼻息肉和非息肉样鼻腔黏膜表现出相似的Th2途径的炎性改变,并有细菌清除紊乱的迹象。这些因素可能有助于细菌的生存和慢性炎症环境的发展,可能导致新的息肉形成和术后复发。Objective By comparing the immunohistochemical characteristics of nasal polyps and adjacent non-polypoid sinus mucosa from the same patient,the potential driving factors for the formation or growth of nasal polyps were explored.Methods The nasal polyps and adjacent non-polypoid tissues of 30 CRSwNP patients and the nasal mucosa of 30 control patients with transsphenoidal pituitary surgery were collected.RTqPCR is used to quantitatively detect the expression of IL-5,T-bet,TLR-4,IL-8 and IL-6 in three tissues.Results Nasal polyps and the adjacent non-polypoid nasal mucosa exhibit very similar pro-inflammatory responses in terms of inflammation.Conclusion In CRSwNP,the nasal polyps and non-polypoid nasal mucosa of the same patient showed similar inflammatory changes in the Th2 pathway and showed signs of disordered bacterial clearance.These factors may contribute to the survival of bacteria and the development of a chronic inflammatory environment,which may lead to the formation of new polyps and postoperative recurrence.
