北京冬奥会背景下奥运场馆与城市体育文化共生内在逻辑与发展策略

摘　　要：运用逻辑分析法和个案研究法,以北京冬奥会为研究对象,剖析奥运场馆与城市体育文化共生的内在逻辑,提出发展策略。奥运场馆与城市体育文化能够相互促进:奥运场馆促进体育特色观光文化的形成、促进城市体育文化交流的实现,城市体育文化发展提升奥运场馆的价值定位;目前两者共生的不足:冬夏季体育文化协调机制欠缺、民众冰雪体育文化认知不足、疫情使两者发展产生割裂。发展策略:以服务体育强国和文化强国为发展理念,以奥运场馆为依托构建“体育+旅游+文化”发展模式,以优质竞技体育文化资源引领各产业共享奥运红利,以制度创新和机制畅通带动体育文化高质量发展。By using the methods of logic analysis and case study,Beijing Winter Olympics as the research object,this paper analyzed the internal logic of the symbiosis between Olympic venues and urban sports culture,and proposed development strategy.Olympic venues and urban sports culture can promote each other,which is refl ected in that the Olympic venues resources promoting the formation of sports characteristic tourism culture and the realization of urban sports cultural exchanges,and the development of urban sports culture enhancing the value status of Olympic venues.At present,there are some problems such as in the lack of coordination mechanism between winter and summer sports,the lack of public awareness of ice and snow sports culture,and the separation development by the impact of the epidemic.Development strategy:We should take serving a leading sporting nation with great cultural strength as the development concept,build a development model of"sports+tourism+culture"based on the Olympic venues,lead various industries to share the Olympic dividend with high-quality competitive sports cultural resources,and drive high-quality development of sports culture with system innovation and smooth mechanism.
