摘 要:山钢日照2050mm热连轧采用了高架式平台布置,热送辊道与入炉辊道辊面标高差7m,辊道中心线5.58m。传统生产线主要用行车上料,该方式节奏慢(周期约180s),热损失大,不满足目前的需要。为解决该问题,提出了链式提升机(包含移钢机)的板坯运输技术。该技术的基本技术方案是:运用主传动系统,支撑系统,托料系统,行程控制系统作用完成板坯的提升和平移。该技术在设备制造过程中制造简单,运行周期约70s,有效提高了的生产节奏并降低热损失。An elevated platform is adopted for 2050 mm Hot Strip Rolling Line at Shansteel Rizhao,The elevation difference between the hot delivery roller table and the furnace roller table is 7 m, the Center line distance of roller table is 5.58 m. The traditional production line mainly applies the way of crane. The crane has slow rhythm(One cycle is about 180 s) and large heat loss, which can not meet the needs of modern production.In order to solve these problems, the slab transportation technology of chain hoist(including steel shifting machine) is put forward. The basic technical scheme of this technology : The main transmission system, support system, slab support system, and stroke control system are used to complete the lifting and shifting of the slab. The technology is easy to manufacture in the process of equipment manufacture, and one cycle is about 70 s, which effectively improves the production rhythm and reduces the heat loss.
