摘　　要：制造执行系统MES(Manufacturing Execution System)可以为用户提供一个快速反应、有弹性、精细化的制造业环境,帮助企业降低成本、按期交货、提高产品质量和提高服务质量.本文以某汽车制造厂总装车间的实施案例为例,搭建了汽车总装生产线的MES系统架构,设计并实现了网络模块、数据管理模块、生产监控模块、ANDON模块和数据维护模块等模块的功能。MES(Manufacturing Execution System) can provide users with a rapid response, flexible and refined manufacturing environment It can also help enterprises reduce costs, deliver products on time, improve product quality and improve service quality It takes an example of assemble workshop in a vehicle plant in this paper Build MES system architecture of assembly production line The functions of network module, data management module, production monitoring module, ANDON module and data maintenance module are designed.
