摘　　要：对于串补平台母线支架的加工,过去应用划线找正进行点焊对接,效率低、劳动强度大、质量难以保证。采用自行设计制作的母线支架焊前对接定位装置加工对接,各部分对接精准、效率大幅度提升,并且能适用不同尺寸母线支架的对接。In the past, marking and alignment were used for spot welding and butt welding of bus bracket of series patching platform, which was inefficient, labor-intensive and hard to ensure the quality. The selfdesigned and manufactured butt joint positioning device before welding of bus bracket is used for processing butt joint, the butt joint of each part is accurate, the efficiency is greatly improved, and the butt joint of different sizes of bus bracket can be applied.
