摘 要:水平位移组合臂架的变幅机构的各杆件尺寸的计算在现代工业领域应用极其广泛,不仅可用于港口起重机的设计,还可以用于挖掘机杆件的尺寸设计。本文主要采用解析法对水平位移组合臂架的各杆件尺寸进行优化确定。这种方法是比较通用的,也是一种比较简单的变幅连杆机构的求解方法。要想得到一组较为优化的连杆变幅机构的尺寸,首先需要建立和分析变幅连杆机构的静态力学模型及动态力学模型,本文将以港口象鼻梁起重机为原型建立力学模型,基于这种力学模型分析出数学模型,再使用解析法进行演算求解,最后得出最优的变幅机构杆件尺寸。希望本文能为此研究领域的学者提供参考。The calculation of each member size of luffing mechanism of horizontal displacement combined boom is widely used in modern industrial field. It can be used not only in the design of port crane, but also in the design of excavator rod. This paper mainly uses the analytic method to optimize the size of each member of the horizontal displacement combined boom. This method is a general and simple method to solve the luffing linkage mechanism. In order to get a group of more optimized size of luffing mechanism, it is necessary to establish and analyze the static mechanical model and dynamic mechanical model of luffing linkage mechanism. In this paper, the mechanical model is established based on the prototype of port elephant nose crane, and the mathematical model is analyzed based on this mechanical model, and then the optimal luffing mechanism rod size is obtained by using the analytic method Inch. Hope to provide reference for scholars in this field.
