摘　　要：随着我国进入相对贫困治理阶段,大额医疗费用所导致的因病支出型贫困及其治理问题将成未来的工作重点。文章总结梳理了我国重特大疾病医疗保障机制的探索之路,重点分析了其中仍然存在的主要问题,并据此提出了进一步完善我国重特大疾病医疗保障机制的政策建议。As China enters the stage of relative poverty control,the disease expenditure poverty caused by large medical expenses and its control will become the focus of work in the future.This paper summarizes and combs the exploration road of China's healthcare security mechanism for major diseases,focuses on the main problems still existing,and puts forward policy suggestions to further improve China's healthcare security mechanism for major diseases.
