摘  要:为持续提升班组业务及管理水平,伺服驱动班组持续推进"质量信得过"班组建设与实践。班组从识别顾客需求出发,制定了"质量过硬、创新自主、精益求精"的总建设目标及"优化基础管理、创新自主可控、提升人员能力"的具体建设目标。通过制定并实施基于"三个面向的全生命周期"控制、信息化任务闭环管理、创新加分绩效考核制度、"三新一优+五步走"创新制度、"专业化+产品化"两位一体平台、"四路畅通"自主管理和培育班组文化一系列特色管理制度,实现了"质量信得过"活动推进目标。In order to continuously improve the team’s business and management level,the servo driven team of aerospace design team continues to promote the construction and practice of "quality trustworthy" team.Starting from the identification of customer needs,the team has formulated the general construction goal of "excellent quality,independent innovation and excellence" and the specific construction goal of "optimizing basic management,independent and controllable innovation and improving personnel ability",By formulating and implementing a series of characteristic management systems based on "three oriented whole life cycle" control,closed-loop management of information tasks,innovation bonus performance appraisal system,"three new and one excellen t + five-step " innovation system,two-in-one platform of specialization and productization,"four-way smooth" independent management and cultivating team culture,it has achieved the promotion goal of "quality trustworthy" activity.
