摘　　要：战略性新兴产业集群的培育和发展,直接关系到江西产业经济发展的后劲和产业竞争力。政府制定产业政策应当为战略性新兴产业集群创造宽松的政策环境,对战略性新兴产业集群进行适当的政策引导和精心培育,促进战略性新兴产业集群效率性提升和结构性优化,形成合理有效的产业分工与协作,增强战略性新兴产业集群内部企业之间的关联度,促进江西战略性新兴产业集群良性发展。The cultivation and development of strategic emerging industry clusters is directly related to the momentum of industrial economic development and competitiveness in Jiangxi Province.The government is supposed to create a loose policy environment and provide possible policy guidance and careful cultivation for strategic emerging industrial clusters.That is how strategic emerging industrial clusters can promote their efficiency and structural optimization,enhance the correlation between internal enterprises in industrial clusters through reasonable and effective industrial division and cooperation,and eventually facilitate the sound development of strategic emerging industrial clusters in Jiangxi Province.
