摘 要:针对用户观察Andon系统界面时的认知时间浪费问题,对Andon系统界面布局进行优化,以减少它对用户认知过程造成的影响。给出了通过建立认知模型找出重点认知模块,按照一致性、易读性、简洁性和整体性原则进行布局优化设计的方法,并建立了该方法的评价指标体系。结果表明,布局优化设计方案的综合评价指标优化提升率为16%。眼动实验证明,基于认知模型的界面布局优化,使用户在寻找特定信息时能将平均注视点个数和搜寻时间分别减少51%和54%。Aiming at the waste of cognitive time when users observe the interface of the Andon system, this paper optimizes the layout of the interface to reduce the impact on the user’s cognitive process. The key cognitive module is distinguished by building the cognitive model for the cognitive process, then the layout optimization is implemented according to the principles of consistency, readability, simplicity and integrity. Furthermore, a comprehensive evaluation index is established to evaluate the interface, and the optimized design performs 16% better than the traditional design on this index. Eye movement experiments show that when users are looking for specific information, the optimized design of the interface based on the proposed method can reduce the average number of fixation points and search time by 51% and 54% respectively.
