摘  要:针对某厂风电法兰探伤不合格问题,对探伤不合格部位进行了定位解剖,采用扫描电镜、金相显微镜、直读光谱仪等设备对不合部位做化学成分分析、酸浸低倍检验、断口分析、能谱分析以及金相分析。结果表明,法兰中白点缺陷表现出的微裂纹是探伤不合的主要原因,钢中存在的夹杂物和偏析也促进了白点的形成。夹杂物和显微孔隙、偏析组织的存在,不仅为白点的形成提供了储氢空间,而且受载后容易应力集中;因此,在实际生产中,我们要尽量减少钢中存在的冶金缺陷。In view of ultrasonic test failure of round billet for wind power flange of a steel plant,the defects is located and dissected,and the chemical composition,microstructure,fracture analysis,energy spectrum analysis and metallographic analysis of the unqualified parts are analyzed by scanning electron microscope,metallographic microscope,direct reading spectrometer and other equipment.And the results show that the micro-crack of flake in the flange is the main reason for the ultrasonic test failure,and the inclusion and segregation in the steel also promote the formation of the flake defect.The existence of inclusions,micro pores and segregation not only provides hydrogen storage space for flakes,but also tends to stress concentration after loading.Therefore,in real production,we should try to reduce metallurgical defects in steel.
