摘  要:针对炼钢-轧钢全流程制约铸坯热送热装率提高的关键因素,重点结合国内某1450 mm热连轧的工艺流程、装备及功能控制环节,研究开发了产销系统ERP的热送热装功能、板坯库存优化及板形控制等应用技术,在保证产品工艺质量的前提下,实现了上下工序生产计划一体化及动态调整,保证了热轧工艺质量控制与热送热装条件的匹配。热装温度、热装比分别从研究应用前的520℃、 46.21%提高到652℃、77.93%,煤气单耗从1.26 GJ/t下降到1.10 GJ/t以下,显著降低了生产成本和实现了节能、环境友好生产。Aiming at the key factors to restrict the improvement of the hot-transporting and hot-charging rate of casting slabs in the whole process of steelmaking and rolling,this research focuses on the process,equipment and functional control of a domestic 1450 mm hot continuous rolling line.The hot-transporting and hot-charging function,slab inventory optimization,strip control and other application technologies of the production and marketing system ERP have been researched and developed.Under the premise of ensuring product process quality,the integration and dynamic adjustment of the upper and lower process production plans has been achieved and the matching of hot rolling process quality control and hot-transporting and hot-charging conditions has been ensured.The hot charging temperature and hot charging ratio have been increased from 520℃.and 46.21%before the research and application to 652℃and 77.93%respectively,and the unit gas consumption has dropped from 1.26 GJ/t to less than 1.10 GJ/t,significantly reducing production costs and realizing energy-saving and environment-friendly production.
