摘 要:对35mm厚NM450低合金耐磨钢板进行气体保护焊接试验并对焊接接头的微观组织以及综合性能进行分析。选用Ф1.2mm的OK AristoRod 69焊丝、双面V形坡口、92%Ar+8%O_(2)混合气体保护、预热温度为120℃、层间温度≤200℃的焊接工艺。结果表明,在焊接热输入量为11.7kJ/cm条件下焊接接头可以获得良好的综合力学性能,焊接接头的抗拉强度达到880 MPa,焊缝金属及焊接热影响区-40℃冲击功平均值均高于130J,利用斜Y型坡口裂纹敏感性试验表明,耐磨钢板NM450具有优良的抗冷裂敏感性,在不进行预热条件下焊接也不会产生裂纹。The microstructure and properties of the 35mm thick NM450 low alloy wear resistant steel plate were analyzed.Awelding scheme was designed,and the microstructure and comprehensive properties of the welded joints were analyzed.The results show that the welding process with Ф1.2 mm OK Aristorod 69 welding wire,X-shaped groove,92%Ar+8%O2 mixed gas protection,preheating temperature of 120℃ and interlayer temperature≤200℃was selected.When the welding heat input is 11.7 kJ/cm,good mechanical properties can be obtained.The tensile strength of the welded joint reaches 880 MPa,and the average impact energy of-40℃in the weld metal and the welding heat affected zone is higher than 130 J.The results of y-slit type welding cracking test show that NM450 wear-resistant steel plate has good cold cracking resistance during welding,and no crack is produced without preheating.
