摘 要:目的制备盐酸拉莫三嗪纳米水凝胶,并评价其体外释放性能。方法采用无皂乳液共聚法制备纳米水凝胶,通过黏度仪、激光粒度和电位分析仪分别考察纳米水凝胶的黏度、粒径、电导率和溶胀率。利用纳米凝胶包载盐酸拉莫三嗪制得盐酸拉莫三嗪水凝胶,考察其体外释放性能。结果最佳纳米水凝胶处方为甲基丙烯酸二甲氨基乙酯9.3 g,苯乙烯0.3 g,N,N’-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺0.2 g,对苯乙烯磺酸钠0.22 g。盐酸拉莫三嗪纳米水凝胶在电场作用(电流强度100μA)下,4 h药物累积释放接近100%,而未加电场下处理8 h还未释放完全。结论纳米水凝胶具有电场响应性,盐酸拉莫三嗪纳米水凝胶具有较好的体外释放性能,有望成为智能型控释药物。AIM To prepare lamotrigine hydrochloride nano-hydrogel and evaluate its release properties in vitro.METHODS The preparation of nano-hydrogel was carried out by soap-free copolymerization. The viscosity of the nano-hydrogel and the effects of electric field on particle size, conductivity and swelling rate of the nano-hydrogel were investigated by viscometer, laser particle size and potential analyzer. Lamotrigine hydrochloride nano-hydrogel was prepared by nano-hydrogel encapsulating lamotrigine hydrochloride, and then its release properties was investigated in vitro. RESULTS The formula of nano-hydrogel with dimethylamine ethyl methacrylate 9.3 g, styrene 0.3 g, N,N’-methylene bisacrylamide 0.2 g, sodium p-styrenesulfonate 0.22 g was the best. The cumulative release of lamotrigine hydrochloride nano-hydrogel was close to 100% in 4 h under the action of electric field, while the release could not be completed in 8 h without electric field. CONCLUSION Nano-hydrogel is electrically responsive. Lamotrigine hydrochloride nano-hydrogel has good release properties in vitro and is expected to be an intelligent controlled release drug.
