摘 要:为探究浒苔暴发对海水碳酸盐体系的影响,于2018年7月8—26日在青岛浒苔绿潮暴发末期现场采集近海新鲜浒苔,设置不同营养盐(按N∶P为16∶1分别添加硝氮10.00,25.00和50.00μmol/L)投料的围隔,进行了为期19 d的岸基围隔实验,以讨论在浒苔的生长及衰亡过程中,营养盐对浒苔生物量及海水无机碳酸盐体系各参数的影响。实验表明,营养盐会影响浒苔生长及碳酸盐体系。pH在培养周期内先增后减,最高值达到9.29,出现在营养盐添加量最大的组别,相较初始值增加了1.13个pH单位;溶解无机碳(DIC)呈先降低后升高的趋势,变化范围在941~2286μmol/L,但添加低浓度营养盐(c(NO_(3)-N)<25.00μmol/L)不足以引起DIC变化的差异;添加浒苔的组别总碱度明显低于对照组,维持在2300μmol/L左右,其中,添加高浓度营养盐组别有明显下降趋势;二氧化碳分压受碳酸盐缓冲体系的影响,前期呈逐步下降趋势,后期突增至平均766.5μatm,相对于O_(2)有变化滞后的特点。高营养盐条件下碳酸盐体系的响应大,流通性较好的海水能减缓浒苔对碳酸盐体系的影响。To investigate the response of the carbonate system to green algal bloom,Ulva prolifera at Qingdao coast was collected,and then inoculated into different nutrient conditions,natural seawater supplemented with 10.00,25.00 and 50.00μmol/L NO_(3)-N(N∶P,16∶1)in 19 days mesocosm experiments to determine the relationship between nutrient and biomass,and the response of carbonate system during a post-bloom period(July 8^(th)—26^(th),2018).The results showed that the absorption of nutrient by U.prolifera played an important role in the growth of U.prolifera and the carbonate system.Acidity(pH)at the highest nutrient concentration mesocosm increased to the maximum(9.29)and then decreased,and increased by 1.13 pH units compared with the initial value.Dissolved inorganic carbon(DIC)decreased and then increased,fluctuating between 941 and 2,286μmol/L.Nutrient supplementation has not changed DIC when c(NO_(3)-N)<25.00μmol/L.Total alkalinity(TA)was low(2,300μmol/L)in experimental groups due to the addition of U.prolifera while high nutrient supplemented groups showed a decreased trend evidently.The partial pressure of CO_(2) was affected by carbonate buffer system.It dropped to a low concentration gradually then increased abruptly to 766.5μatm.The variation was delayed compared with O_(2) because of the buffer.The response of the carbonate system was enhanced by adding high concentration of nutrients.However,it was relieved by the circulation of seawater.
