摘 要:目的了解2018—2019年上海市金山区白纹伊蚊幼虫密度及其对常用杀虫剂的抗性水平,为指导白纹伊蚊防治工作提供科学依据。方法采用诱卵器法进行密度调查,采用WHO推荐的幼虫浸渍法测定幼虫抗药性。结果上海市金山区白纹伊蚊幼虫诱蚊诱卵指数季节消长呈单峰趋势,6—7月为密度高峰期。2018年和2019年诱蚊诱卵指数最高分别为12.95和5.29。2019年的平均MOI值(2.87)比2018年的平均MOI值(6.69)下降57.10%。2018年金山区白纹伊蚊幼虫对双硫磷、高效氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯和氯菊酯的抗性倍数分别为15.92、25.03、57.25和46.16,2019年金山区白纹伊蚊幼虫对上述4种杀虫剂的抗性倍数分别为19.49、65.96、211.75和243.36。结论应开展以环境治理为基础的白纹伊蚊综合防治措施,延缓抗性产生。Objective To understand the population density and insecticides resistance of Aedes albopictus larvae in Jinshan District of Shanghai in 2018 and 2019,and to provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of Aedes albopictus.Methods The mosq-ovitrap method was used to monitor the density of Aedes albopictus larvae,and the larva immersion method recommended by WHO was used to determine insecticide resistance of Aedes albopictus larvae.Results The mosq-ovitrap indexes(MOI)of Aedes albopictus larvae showed a unimodal curve in Jinshan District,Shanghai,and the peak was from June to July.The highest mosq-ovitrap index was 12.95 in 2018 and 5.29 in 2019.The average MOI was 2.87 in 2019,lower than the average MOI of 6.69 in 2018,with a decrease of 57.10%.The Aedes albopictus larvae in Jinshan District developed 15.92,25.03,57.25 and 46.16 folds resistance respectively to disulphos,beta-cypermethrin,deltamethrin and permethrin in 2018,and 19.49,65.96,211.75 and 243.36 folds resistance to the four insecticides in 2019.Conclusion Comprehensive control measures should be carried out based on environmental management to delay the resistance emergence of Aedes albopictus.
