摘 要:目的了解吉林省淡色库蚊幼虫对常用杀虫剂的抗性水平,为有效合理地使用杀虫剂提供科学依据。方法采用幼虫浸渍法测定淡色库蚊幼虫的半数致死浓度(LC;)。结果长春市、通化市、白城市和四平市的野外种群对溴氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯和双硫磷的LC;分别为0.0000027~0.0075、0.00003~0.0059和0.0000019~0.0029 mg/L。白城市种群对溴氰菊酯抗性最高,达37.5倍;四平市种群对高效氯氰菊酯和双硫磷抗性最高,分别是19.7倍和5.3倍。结论吉林省淡色库蚊幼虫对3种杀虫剂的抗性在不同地域表现不同,建议根据抗药性监测结果进行杀虫剂的混用和轮用。Objective To investigate the resistance level of Culex pipiens pallens larvae to commonly used insecticides in Jilin Province,and provide scientific basis for effective and rational use of insecticides.Methods Immersion method was used to determine the median lethal concentration(LC;)of insecticides on the Culex pipiens pallens larvae.Results The LC;s of deltamethrin,beta-cypermethrin and temephos on the field population Culex pipiens pallens larvae in the cities of Changchun,Tonghua,Baicheng and Siping were 0.0000027-0.0075,0.00003-0.0059 and 0.0000019-0.0029 mg/L respectively.The highest resistance(37.5 folds)to deltamethrin was developed in the population of Baicheng,while the highest resistances to beta-cypermethrin(19.7 folds)and temphos(5.3 folds)were developed in the population of Siping.Conclusion The resistances of Culex pipiens pallens larvae to three insecticides tested varied in different areas in Jilin Province.It was suggested that mixed use and rotation of insecticides should be carried out according to the results of resistance monitoring.
