摘  要:目的研究2012—2017年深圳市登革热时空流行特征,并分析其影响的相关因素。方法收集深圳市2012—2017年登革热发病情况、伊蚊密度(MOI)和气象因素,运用ArcGIS 10.2分析登革热时空分布特征,并使用Spearman等级相关分析法分析登革热发病率的影响因素。结果2012—2017年深圳全市登革热病例共有638例,呈现明显季节性,以夏秋季为高发期。登革热年平均发病率以南山区(>12/10万)和福田区(8/10万-12/10万)较高。平均MOI水平以龙岗区最高(≥8.0),其次是坪山区(7.0~7.9)。深圳市登革热发病率与月平均气温、月平均最高气温、月平均最低气温呈正相关(P<0.05),与前1个月和前2个月MOI呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论登革热发病率主要受气温、伊蚊密度影响,应注重加强南山区和福田区的疫情防控。Objective To explore temporal and spatial distribution and related factors of dengue fever in Shenzhen from 2012 to 2017.Methods Incidence data,vector density and climate factors from 2012 to 2017 in Shenzhen were collected,and ArcGIS and Spearman grade correlation analysis were used to analyze temporal and spatial distribution and related factors of dengue fever incidence,respectively.Results From 2012 to 2017,there were 638 cases of dengue fever in Shenzhen,showing obvious seasonality with summer and autumn as the peak season.The annual incidence of dengue fever was higher in Nanshan District(>12/100000)and Futian District(8/100000-12/100000).The average MOI level was the highest in Longgang District(≥8.0),followed by Pingshan District(7.0-7.9).The incidence of dengue fever in Shenzhen was positively correlated with the monthly average temperature,monthly average maximum temperature and monthly average minimum temperature(P<0.05),and was positively correlated with MOIs of the last one and two months(P<0.05).Conclusion The morbidity of dengue fever was correlated with temperature and vector density,and prevention and control of dengue fever in Nanshan District and Futian District should be strengthened.
