摘　　要：目的对宝鸡市2009—2020年人间布鲁氏菌病监测资料进行分析,描述宝鸡市人间布鲁氏菌病的发病特征及时空聚集态势,为进一步制定布鲁氏菌病防控措施提供科学依据。方法对2009—2020年宝鸡市传染病信息报告管理系统报告的人间布鲁氏菌病建立数据库,用描述性流行病学方法进行分析,应用SaTScan 9.0软件进行时空扫描分析。结果2009—2020年宝鸡市共报告人间布鲁氏菌病212例,年发病率在0.03/10万~1.12/10万之间,平均发病率为0.47/10万,疫情总体呈上升趋势;全年每月均有病例报告,3—8月为流行高峰;报告病例中,男性多于女性,男女性别比为3.16∶1;发病以40~59岁年龄段为主,占总发病数的53.30%,职业分布以农牧民为主,占81.13%。时空扫描分析发现宝鸡市人间布鲁氏菌病在一定时间和空间上具有时空聚集性。结论近年来宝鸡市人间布鲁氏菌病发病呈不断上升趋势,应加强重点县区防控措施。Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics and spatial distribution characteristics of human brucellosis in Baoji City from 2009 to 2020,and to provide scientific evidence for the strategies and measures for the prevention and control of human brucellosis.Methods The surveillance data of human brucellosis in Baoji from 2009 to 2020 collected from the China information system for disease control and prevention were analyzed with descriptive epidemiological method,and the spatial-temporal scan was done with the SaTScan 9.4 software.Results A total of 212 cases were reported with an incidence between 0.03/10;and 1.12/10;and the average incidence rate of 0.47/10;.The epidemic situation showed an uptrend.The peak of brucellosis incidence took place from March to August.Males cases were more than female,with the sex ratio of 3.16∶1.The disease were mainly found in the 40-59 years age accounting for 53.3%.Farmers were in the majority,accounting for 81.13%.Spatiotemporal scan analysis showed a significant spatiotemporal clustering pattern of human brucellosis.Conclusion In recent years,the incidence of human brucellosis in Baoji City has been increasing,and the prevention and control measures in key counties and districts should be strengthened.
