摘　　要：目的了解某战区海军部队自备水源水质卫生现况,为加强饮水卫生监督、指导部队生活饮用水卫生管理提供参考。方法采用统一填写水源基本情况调查表、现地采集水样送实验室检测的方法收集数据,依据国家标准《生活饮用水卫生标准》对水质检测数据进行分析评定。结果2020年共问卷调查自备水源100个,水源类型以深层地下水(占48.0%)和水库水(21.0%)为主,防护较完善的占37.0%;有卫生管理制度的占88.0%;有净化处理和消毒措施的分别占46.0%和62.0%;水质检测每季度1次占14.0%,每年至少1次占94.0%;水源周边100 m内有污染源的占14.0%;均无介水传染病和生物地球化学性疾病等情况。共收集检测自备水源水样72份,总合格率仅为8.33%。主要超标指标为总大肠菌群、细菌总数、pH、氟化物、硝酸盐、肉眼可见物。结论某战区海军部队自备水源水质卫生现况较差,需加强水源卫生管理,重点做好水质净化消毒工作。Objective To understand the current situation of water quality of self-provided water sources of naval troops in a military theater,so as to provide reference for strengthening the supervision of drinking water sanitation and guiding the sanitary management of drinking water in forces.Methods The data were collected by uniformly filling in the questionnaire on the basic situation of water sources and the water samples were sent to the laboratory for testing.The data of the water quality testing data were analyzed and evaluated according to the national standard“Sanitary Standard for drinking Water”.Results A total of 100 self-provided water sources were investigated by questionnaire in 2020,the main types of water sources were deep groundwater(48.0%)and reservoir water(21.0%),and those with better protection accounted for 37.0%.Those with purification treatment and disinfection measures accounted for 46.0%and 62.0%respectively,and water quality testing once a quarter accounted for 14.0%,and at least once a year accounted for 94.0%.14.0%of the water sources were located in the places with pollution within 100 m,and there were no water-borne infectious diseases and biogeochemical diseases found.A total of 72 self-provided water samples were collected and tested,and the total qualified rate was only 8.33%.The main indexes exceeding the standard were total coliform group,total number of bacteria,pH,fluoride,nitrate and visible matter to the naked eye.Conclusion The sanitary situation of the self-provided water sources of naval troops in a military theater investigated is poor.It is necessary to strengthen the sanitary management of water sources and focus on the purification and disinfection of water quality.
