摘　　要：新生儿血小板减少症(NT)是新生儿期最常见的血液系统疾病,预防性血小板输注是提高NT患儿血小板计数的有效方法。目前尚未确定NT患儿预防性血小板输注的最佳阈值,而高阈值血小板输注可能引起不良反应。血小板具有止血、免疫调节、血管生成及炎症效应等多种生物学功能,预防性血小板输注可能对部分新生儿疾病产生影响。笔者拟就NT患儿预防性血小板输注指征、预防性血小板输注对NT患儿及其合并症的影响等方面,对近年预防性血小板输注治疗NT的研究新进展进行阐述。Neonatal thrombocytopenia(NT)is the most common hematological diseases in neonates.Prophylactic platelet transfusion is an effective practice to improve platelet count of neonates with NT.The optimal threshold of prophylactic platelet transfusion in neonates with NT is still controversial.The higher threshold platelet transfusion strategy may cause adverse reactions.Platelets play important roles in hemostasis,immune regulation,angiogenesis and inflammation.Prophylactic platelet transfusion may effect some neonatal diseases.This article summarizes indication of prophylactic platelet transfusion in neonates with NT and effects of prophylactic platelet transfusion on neonates with NT and their complications.
