我国县级融媒体中心的集成服务运维取向与发展进路——基于全媒体时代群众路线的思考探索

摘　　要：具有经国济世战略意义的我国县级融媒体中心建设之后,需尽快摆脱原来的经营管控思维与路径依赖,着眼于全媒体时代的集成服务平台角色定位,转向集成服务运维主导的枢纽中心建设指向,汇聚整合各种有价值的服务板块资源,建构生机勃勃的集成服务生态,通过优化配置生产生活服务要素,协同群众个体、行业组织、公共机构共赢发展,并在介入引领地方社会治理现代化、提升国民素养的积极服务作为中,助力干群关系改善,树立基层政府形象,最终实现县级融媒体中心与基层社会和谐共进的长远目标。Our country has effectively constructed county-level media convergence centers which not only have strategic significance but also provide food for thought for the international community.However,we need to get rid of the old-fashioned management and control thinking as well as path dependence as soon as possible,when we focus on the role positioning of integrated service platform in the all-media era.In the meanwhile,we need to construct hub centers dominated by integrated service operation and maintenance,gather and integrate all kinds of valuable service resources,and construct a vibrant integrated service ecology.By optimizing the allocation of production and life service elements,collaborating with individuals,industrial organizations and public institutions to achieve win-win development,and participating in the active service to play a leading role in the modernization of local social governance and moral education of the public,the relationship between officials and the general public will be improved and the positive image of the grass-root-level government will be shaped.Finally,the long-term goal of harmonious progress between the county-level media convergence center and the grass-root society will be accomplished.
