摘　　要：基础设施信息化对人才素质的要求越来越高,必须构建新的基础设施信息化领域下的研究生培养模式,以促进我国基础设施信息化高层次人才的培养。针对传统基础设施信息化领域中研究生教育模式的不足,探索一种价值引领下的基础设施信息化深度交叉融合的人才培养方法,构建一种"以理服人,以行带人,以情动人"的全程育人模式,从而形成多学科融合、多方位培养、多平台支撑和多维度评价的基础设施信息化复合人才培养体系。Infrastructure informatization has higher and higher requirements for talent quality. We must build a new postgraduate training mode in the field of infrastructure informatization in order to promote the training of high-level talents in infrastructure informatization in China. In view of the shortcomings of graduate education mode in the field of traditional infrastructure informatization, this paper explores a talent training method of deep cross integration of infrastructure informatization under the guidance of value, and constructs a whole process education mode of "convincing people with reason, leading people with action and moving feelings", so as to form multi-disciplinary integration, multi-directional training multi platform support and multi-dimensional evaluation of infrastructure informatization compound talent training system.
