摘　　要：对1E0778材料行星齿轮热处理工艺进行试验研究,为满足零件渗碳的有效硬化层深、硬度、金相组织等热处理指标的要求,避免了采用热后磨齿工艺,从而降低了齿轮的生产成本。经批量试验表明,采用该工艺生产的产品质量稳定,各项热处理指标均满足产品质量要求。The heat treatment process of planetary gear of 1 E0778 material was studied in order to meet the technical requirements of heat treatment indexes such as effective hardening layer depth of carburizing,hardness and microstructure of the parts,avoid the use of grinding process,and reduce the gear production cost.The batch test showed that the product quality produced by the process was stable and the heat treatment indexes met the product quality requirements.
