摘 要:根据无针搅拌摩擦对接焊接过程的特征,研究了下压量对6061-T6铝合金薄板对接焊缝起始端、中间段与尾端力学性能及宏观形貌的影响。结果表明,焊缝起始端、中间段和尾端的拉伸载荷随下压量的增加呈现先增加后减小的趋势;与中间段相比,起始端和尾端容易形成缺陷,中间段缺陷形态呈圆滑过渡,而起始端与尾端缺陷形态几乎垂直于板材;在不同阶段,下压量对力学性能的影响不同,当下压量为0.35 mm时,起始端拉伸载荷可达到1.49 kN,相当于母材的70%;下压量为0.30 mm时,中间段拉伸载荷可达到1.99 kN,相当于母材的88%;下压量为0.40 mm时,尾端拉伸载荷可达到1.41 kN,相当于母材的68%。According to the characteristics of pinless friction stir butt welding process, the effects of press amount on the mechanical properties and macroscopic morphology of beginning end, middle section and tail end of the butt weld of 6061-T6 aluminum alloy sheet were studied. The results show that the tensile load of beginning end, middle section and tail end of weld increases at first and then decreases with the increase of press amount. Compared with the middle section, the defects are easy to form at the beginning end and tail end, and the shape of defects at the middle section shows a smooth transition, while the shape of defects at the beginning end and tail end is almost perpendicular to the sheet. The effects of press amount on the mechanical properties are different at different stages. When the press amount is 0.35 mm, the tensile load at the beginning end can reach 1.49 kN, which is equivalent to 70% of the base metal;when the press amount is 0.30 mm, the tensile load of the middle section can reach 1.99 kN,equivalent to 88% of the base metal;when the press amount is 0.40 mm, the tensile load at the tail end can reach 1.41 kN, which is equivalent to 68% of the base metal.
