利用中低频振动改善熔丝制造产品表面加工质量研究

摘  要:熔丝制造技术(Fused filament fabrication,FFF)因其操作简单、适用性强和成本低廉等特点,已经成为当今使用最为广泛的增材制造技术之一。然而,由于逐层累加的工艺特点,与传统加工方式相比FFF产品的表面质量存在着明显的缺陷。利用中低频振动在改善FFF产品表面质量方面有着很大的潜力,为此,将压电陶瓷与增材制造设备相结合,首先将普通FFF设备改装成振动式FFF设备;然后通过控制输入信号和电压,以控制压电陶瓷的输出振动参数,从而利用施加振动前和不同形式振动后的试验样件,并完成表面粗糙度测试;通过对比分析不同样件的试验结果,阐明利用振动对FFF产品表面质量的影响规律。结果表明,利用中低频振动能够有效改善FFF产品的表面质量,且随着振动频率或幅值的增大,表面质量将进一步提高。Fused filament fabrication(FFF) has become one of the most widely used additive manufacturing technologies due to its simple operation,strong applicability,low manufacturing costs,etc.However,due to the layer-by-layer manufacturing characteristics,FFF products have obvious defects in surface quality compared with those fabricated by traditional methods.Since using vibration of low and medium frequency has great potential in improving the surface quality of FFF products,the piezoelectric ceramics are combined with the additive manufacturing equipment.An ordinary FFF equipment is firstly converted into a vibrating one;The output vibration of the piezoelectric ceramic can be controlled by controlling the input signal and voltage.Relevant testing samples are then prepared without and with different types of vibration vtilized,and the corresponding surface roughness measurements are carried out;Through the comparison between different samples’ testing results,the influencing rule of the vtilized vibration is clarified.The results show that introducing vibration of low and medium frequency into FFF process can significantly improve the surface quality of FFF products,and it will be further improved with the increase of frequency or amplitude of the vtilized vibration.
