摘  要:连铸机的高拉速生产是大幅度提高连铸生产效率的最有效措施之一。为了解决连铸机高拉速下铸坯表面质量问题,对原有非正弦振动系统进行优化,优化后振动正滑脱时间延长,使得保护渣消耗提高到0.4~0.6kg/t,而负滑脱时间和振幅的提高,保证了坯壳的正常脱模和表面质量。High casting speed production of continuous casting machine is one of the most effective measures to greatly improve the production efficiency of continuous casting.In order to solve the problems of surface quality caused by high casting speed,the non-sinusoidal vibration system of radium is optimized.After optimization,the positive slip time is extend and the consumption of covering slag increased to 0.4 to 0.6 kg/t,and the negative slip time and the amplitude is increased which improve the effect of casting mold release and the surface quality.
