摘 要:某压缩机管线使用一段时间后在焊缝附近发生漏气现象。通过对管线的宏观观察、成分与组织检测以及断口分析找到了泄露的失效模式和原因。该失效模式为疲劳开裂。失效原因为焊接过程中飞溅出的熔珠在焊趾处形成硬质点组织缺陷,焊趾处又存在应力集中,因而导致裂纹源的萌生并造成了最终泄露事故的发生。A compressor pipeline was used for a period of time,and the air leakage occurred near the welding line.Through macroscopic observation,composition and microstructure analysis as well as fracture analysis of the pipeline,the failure mode and cause of leakage were found out.The failure mode belonged to fatigue cracking.The failure reason was that the hard spot structure defect was formed at the weld toe by the splashing molten bead in the welding process,and the stress concentration existed at the weld toe,which led to the initiation of the crack source and the occurrence of the final leakage accident.
