摘  要:40CrNiMoA钢台阶轴调质后加工时发现表面有裂纹,通过宏观分析、化学成分检测、金相分析以及断口形貌观察等方法对台阶轴的裂纹产生原因进行了分析。结果表明:台阶轴的显微组织较粗大,断口呈沿晶形貌,台阶轴的裂纹为淬火裂纹,淬火温度偏高和台阶位置组织应力较大是台阶轴产生裂纹的主要原因。Cracks were found on the surface of 40CrNiMoA steel step shaft during further machining after quenching and tempering.The causes of surface cracking were analyzed by means of macroscopic analysis,chemical composition analysis,metallographic observation,and fracture morphology observation.The results showed that the microstructure of the step shaft was coarse.The fracture had intergranular morphology.The cracks of the step shaft belonged to quenching cracking.The high quenching temperature and excessive quenching stress were the main reasons for the cracking of the step shaft.
