摘　　要：博物馆与旅游业融合发展是文旅融合的重要途径,也是博物馆实现高质量发展的必然要求。近年来,在“观光立国”战略的引领下,日本采取革新博物馆管理体制,提升博物馆旅游服务能力,建设以博物馆为核心的文化集聚地,促进文化遗产活用等系列措施,以促进博物馆旅游的发展。日本这些新动向在一定程度上反映了全球博物馆旅游发展的趋势,也为我国相关政策的制定与执行提供了有益启示。The integration of museums and tourism is an important approach to the integration of cul⁃ture and tourism,and an inevitable requirement for museums to achieve high-quality development.In recent years,under the guidance of the Tourism Nation strategy,Japan has taken a series of measures to promote the development of museum tourism,including renovating the management system of museums,improving the service capacity of museums,building cultural zones with museums playing the central role,and promo⁃ting the use of cultural assets.To a certain extent,these new trends in Japan reflect the global trend of museum tourism development and provide useful insights for the formulation and implementation of relevant policies in China.
